Lots of love from Priya for the SCF Scholarship and helping her keep in school !
Our latest student, Tulsi, giving thanks to everyone!
She is a brilliant kid who has some unfortunate economic circumstances at home. Tulsi and her three siblings rely entirely on her mothers labor. With your help, she is now back in school and has our full support to continue her education.
Pratikshya saying thanks for the emergency medical treatment we sponsored for her. During the earlier days of SCF, circa 2012
Niruta and Samjhana came to meet the See Change team. We'll be covering their yearly tuition fees thanks to you!
Hey all, it has been a while! We did some fundraising on Facebook back in January for Shanti Maya. Here she is receiving her scholarship from See Change Foundation - thanks to all of you!
Say Hello to happy Niruta, our next student up for scholarship. She was born into extremely unfortunate circumstances and we want to get her and her siblings in school. Even few bucks makes a seriously huge difference.
Like and Share to help spread the word. Thank you!
For the cost of your morning latte, you can keep this lovely girl in school for an entire month. How about that?
SCF Volunteer Judy meeting with three of our latest scholarship recipients Chankhe, Bipin, and Sanjaya. These kids are able to stay in school thanks to all of your support.
Thanks everyone!
SCF Volunteer Judy meeting with one of our scholarship recipients Samjhana and her father. We are keeping this young lady in school by covering her tuition, uniform and school supplies. Thanks to you all !
Money has been raised, thanks everyone!
We have a 15 year old boy, Surya BK, who needs our immediate help in Chitwan. Surya sustained multiple critical injuries after falling downhill while cutting grass for his livestock. He was prematurely discharged from the hospital before treatment as his family was unable to pay the medical fees. Surya was born into one of Nepal's lowest caste which puts him at an extreme social and economic disadvantage.
We are looking to raise $600 USD to cover 75% of his medical fees. The remaining 25% will be covered by his family, teachers and community.

THANK YOU!
Bikash getting hooked up with this scholarship this past weekend! Thanks to everyone who supported him. Another project is on the way!
Meet Shanti our next scholarship student!
www.scfnepal.com/donate - We are still matching your donations dollar for dollar!
Shanti lives in a remote area of Nepal which is at the foothills of the worlds tallest mountains. Her father died when she was 3 years old and her mother has been providing for the family with her physical labour ever since. She is a beautiful and brilliant child who holds 3rd place out of 20 students in her class. Given her family situation she is going to be dropping out of school but we are stepping in to keep her on the right track.
Apologies for the fuzzy photo. The place is difficult to reach! We'll have some good pictures of her during our scholarship ceremony in the coming weeks.
$1 = $2 donated! We are matching your donations dollar for dollar. Please help us spread the word!

See Change Foundation has received a matching grant of up to $2,000 USD from our founder. Every dollar you donated is doubled! We are all volunteers and your money goes directly to these children.
You can be responsible for keeping a child in a government school, with uniform, supplies, and extras for an entire year for just $100 - and with the matching grant we need only $50 to make it happen!
We've gotten word of another girl who needs our help and we'll be sharing the details tomorrow! Stay tuned!
Namaste from Bikash in Nepal!
We would like to give Bikash a chance to study at a local private school in his village. He was born into a lower "caste" in Nepal which puts his family against the odds in society. Both of Bikash's parents earn income through their physical labour. The cost of tuition is roughy $130 per year - all further proceeds benefit our future projects.
Gautam understanding the importance of his education by receiving his tuition scholarship funds with his own hands.
So long as he tries hard in class, SCF has his back for years to come!
Say Hello to Samjhana in Nepal! Her family is unable to keep her in school due to poor economic conditions. She has 3 siblings and all rely on her mothers labor. This is a photo of Samjhana showing us her home and her families buffalo!
We will be providing her with a scholarship covering tuition fees, uniform and school supplies. Stay tuned!
Meet our latest scholarship recipients Saraswati and Gautam! See Change Foundation is providing both of these beautiful children with scholarships to attend a local private school.
Both Saraswati and Gautam live in a rural village in the Lamjung district of Nepal. Saraswati was abandoned as a small child and has since been taken care of by another villager. Gautam lives with his mother and together they live off of what she earns from her own physical labor. We think they deserve the best!
Stay tuned for photos of the scholarship ceremony tomorrow! Thanks all!
SCF raised $3076 for the IWCDC Children's orphanage in Lamjung, Nepal. The money will be going directly to the children's tuition and to build a new study area at the orphanage home. Every single penny raised was donated directly to cause!
We also rented a tour bus and took all the children for a field trip and picnic during our visit. Special thanks to our donor who has been sponsoring this yearly event!
Erik standing next to our latest scholarship recepient Bishnu! Taken at the Lamjung Skills Development Foundation where she is continuing her education in carpentry thanks to you all!
More scholarship projects coming very soon - stay tuned!
See Change Foundation partnered with the Rotary Club of Lamjung to sponsor 15 parentless children with school uniforms, backpacks and supplies to celebrate Children's Day in Nepal on September 14th, 2013.
